Congratulations to JMC Property Group – first Tasmanian builder to achieve accreditation with the OFSC’s fast tracked process! 

JMC Property Group have been operating in Tasmania since 2002 and participated in the OFSC’s new fast-tracked accreditation process for builders working on or proposing to work on Housing Australia funded residential projects.

Back in November, OFSC staff visited JMC Property Group at their Launceston office to learn more about the work they’re doing down south, and to present their certificate of accreditation. 

If you’re interested in working on residential construction projects through the Australian Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund or National Housing Accord Facility, you may need to be accredited with us.
