1. The builder themselves will have the required safety standards in effect, which has the flow on benefit of reducing the likelihood of incidents on-site which can cause delays and additional expense.
2. Accredited builders are more likely to deliver projects on time, within budget and with worker safety a priority. 
3. Accredited builders will also demonstrate the highest level of conduct from their own company, as well as any sub-contractors.
